Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver?


Yes! We do offer delivery within the Chicago city limits. A fee will apply based on delivery location. Please note: All delivery drivers are required to wear masks and gloves as a safety precaution. We prefer contactless delivery, so please specify the contactless delivery instructions for your home or building upon ordering.




How do I place an order?


Please fill out the form located on the Order page. Fill in your order request and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm if the date and time of delivery is available.




What type of payment do you accept?


We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Paypal. Once we confirm your order, we will send you a Square invoice link via email where you will be able to pay privately and securely. Once the invoice is paid, your order will be completely set for your desired delivery date and time. We ask that all invoices be paid at least 1 day prior to delivery date. If you do not complete your payment by then your order may be subject to cancellation.




How early in advance do I need to order?


We ask that you please place your order at least 48 hours prior to delivery date. Exceptions can be made based on availability so please don't hesitate to ask!




Do you offer refunds if I need to cancel?


We ask that you please cancel at least 72 hours prior to your delivery day to receive a full refund minus processing fees.




How do I store and serve my Grazing Box? How long does it stay fresh?


Your Grazing Box should be stored in a refrigerator. For an optimal taste experience, remove your box from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving. Meat and cheese should not be left out for more than 2 hours. Quality and fresh produce is important so we recommend enjoying your board the day it's delivered. However, they do hold up well the following day if kept refrigerated.




Do you make accommodations for food allergies or diets?


Our Grazing Boxes are created with a mix of Artisan ingredients: cheeses, nuts, fruit, cured meats, olives, etc. Please note, there is always a risk for cross contamination, so anyone with severe food allergies should refrain from consuming our product. We are able to accommodate on some dietary restrictions if communicated prior to being prepared. For gluten-free crackers or Vegan cheese, please note an additional charge will be applied.




Can I request a certain kind of cheese or meat?


Absolutely! We will do our best to meet your preferences and are able to meet most requests. However, depending on what you ask, an additional sourcing fee may apply.
